How can I prepare for my treatment?

Expect that we'll be in contact to book your appointment and guide you through the steps of your treatment program.

Complete your pre-screen form, ready for your consultation.

It’s worth knowing, you should:
- Avoid alcohol 24 hours before and after your treatment.
- Avoid caffeine on the day of your treatment.
- Up your water intake, aim for two litres per day.

What is the treatment experience like?

The overall treatment experience can feel like a heated, deep-tissue massage.

We'll start by marking up the treatment area on your body. Then, we'll apply conductive cream, and you will hear a buzzing sound when the ultrasound handpiece is in use. Lastly, for the radio frequency portion, you will feel a suction vacuum and heated sensation as we massage the treatment area.

What can I expect after the treatment?

Since this treatment is non-invasive and won't penetrate the skin, you can walk out feeling great and continue with your daily activities. It's the perfect lunch time treatment.

Are there any risks or side effects?

This non-invasive treatment doesn't penetrate the skin, meaning no risk of infection or complication.

You will need to avoid this treatment if you have:
- Keloid or atrophic scarring
- Acute systemic disease
- Localised skin disorders, irritations or sunburn
- Malignant tumours
- Cardiovascular disease (pacemakers) or stroke
- Surgical implants

If you're currently pregnant or breastfeeding you will also need to avoid this treatment.

If you present with other conditions, we may ask you to refer to your GP or specialist for consultation and written approval to proceed.

How can I enhance my results?

If you have more than 2cm of pinchable fat, consider treating this area with fat freezing to remove the stubborn fat pocket.

Lifestyle adjustments can also enhance your results. Focus on following a balanced, calorie-controlled diet, getting enough hydration, and incorporating some exercise to stimulate lymphatic drainage. Ideally avoid smoking and have minimal alcohol intake.
