Promotions Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions will apply to all sales and promotions advertised by Total Body Clinics. Any additional terms and conditions relating to specific promotions will be available in clinic.

Promotions are not applicable to Cosmetic Injectable treatments or IV Vitamin shots and drips.
Promotions are not applicable to skincare products.
Promotions cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
Promotion codes are limited to one use per client.
Promotions are not refundable or transferable between clinics or clients.
Packages are not able to be split between clients and can only be used at the clinic location chosen at purchase.
Treatment packages are not able to be altered.
Promotional pricing will only apply to new bookings made and paid for during the promotion period. Promotional pricing will not apply to bookings already made.
Promotions are for a limited time and are subject to availability. Total Body Clinics may end a promotion at any time without prior notice.

Welcome to Total Body Clinics. The information contained within this document relates to the Total Body Clinics Site, operated and maintained by Total Body Clinics Pty Ltd ACN 665 480 679 trading as Total Body Clinics. Total Body Clinics Pty Ltd offers this website (the “Site”), including all information, tools and services available from this Site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here. Throughout the Site, the terms ("we", "us", or "our") refer to Total Body Clinics Pty Ltd or related entities. By visiting our Site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our services (the “Services”) and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein (and/or available by hyperlink), which together with our Privacy Policy govern Total Body Clinics and our related entities’ relationship with you in relation to this Site. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the Site or use any Services.
These Terms of Service apply to all users of the Site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.
The Terms of Service also apply to the sale of Services via methods other than the Site, including sales by telephone, in person or other means, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Reproduction is prohibited other than in accordance with Australian Copyright Law, which forms part of these terms and conditions You must not modify, copy, adapt, store, reproduce, upload, post, transmit, sell, resell, distribute in any way or communicate to the public any of this material without our prior written consent. You must not use any of our marks or trademarks appearing on the Site or our name or the names of our related bodies corporate or any of our intellectual property without our written consent. In the event that any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms of Service, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.
These Terms of Service are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate these Terms of Service at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our Services, or when you cease using our Site.
