How can I prepare for my treatment?

Expect that we'll be in contact to book your appointment and guide you through the steps of your treatment program.

Complete your pre-screen form, ready for your consultation.

It’s worth knowing, you should:
- Avoid excessive sun exposure for two weeks before your appointment.
- Wait for any cold sores, broken skin, or open wounds to fully heal before having your treatment.
- Ensure it's been two weeks since your last cosmetic injectable treatment.

We will remove any make-up on the treatment area to prepare for your treatment. If you’d like to re-apply make-up after your treatment, don't forget to bring your cosmetic products with you.

What is the treatment experience like?

The RF treatment can feel like a warm or heated facial massage, and most people find it very relaxing and pleasant. It's followed by a Skin Rejuvenation LED which feels like a warm and soothing hug on the treatment area.

What can I expect after the treatment?

You can expect some redness and warmth on the treatment area, this should settle quickly after your treatment. It's a simple walk in-walk out treatment with no downtime.

Are there any risks or side effects?

This non-invasive treatment doesn't penetrate the skin, meaning no risk of infection or complication.

You will need to avoid this treatment if you have:
- Keloid or atrophic scarring
- Acute systemic disease
- Localised skin disorders, irritations or sunburn
- Malignant tumours
- Cardiovascular disease (pacemakers) or stroke
- Surgical implants

If you're currently pregnant or breastfeeding you will also need to avoid this treatment.
