Part-Time Aesthetic Cosmetic Nurse

You will work closely with the Clinic Manager to grow the clinic to achieve its ambitions to scale quickly; your industry knowledge, passion for customer experience delivery, and drive to grow and develop will see your career grow.
As an Aesthetic Cosmetic Nurse, you will provide a range of non-surgical aesthetic treatments to clients who wish to enhance their appearance and confidence including skin treatments as well as cosmetic injectables. You will consult with clients to understand their goals and expectations, perform neurotoxins and dermal fillers injections. You will also educate clients on the benefits and risks of the treatments, provide aftercare instructions, and monitor their progress and satisfaction.

Day-to-day role will involve but will not be limited to the following.
- Provide exceptional treatment experiences, ensuring clients receive optimal results and personalised care.
- Ensure treatments are delivered with precision, care, and with a focus on client comfort.
- Ensure all consent, risk, documentation, and procedures are followed and executed to expected compliance standards.
- Keep up to date with the latest trends and developments in the cosmetic industry and participate in ongoing training and education.
- Working in a collaborative team environment, contributing to training, and mentoring,
- Creating a safe and welcoming environment with a strong team culture where everyone feels valued and listened to,
- Driving excellence in customer delivery and nailing the customer experience in every interaction,
- Working closely with, and providing feedback and guidance to the owners concerning best practices, industry trends, and daily observations.
What we are looking for (minimum requirements)
- Available for two days a week ideally rotating between Thursday, Friday and Saturday, ready for an immediate start.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a cosmetic injector or aesthetic nurse. Ideally registered with a Fresh Clinics account.
- A high skill level and competence in performing neurotoxins and dermal filler injections, this is a core part of the role.
- A current and valid AHPRA Nursing Registration. A current First Aid/CRP Certificate and ensuring this is maintained throughout your period of employment.
- A comprehensive knowledge of the products and services' anatomy, physiology, and pharmacology.
- Treatment experience with services including fat freezing, radio frequency, fat cavitation, skin tightening, skin needling, cosmetic peels, anti-aging facial treatments desirable,
- Experience working with Cryomed Devices (or a similar provider) Ulfit/Ultraformer and Robolex,
- Experience working within a similar roles and have demonstrated experience meeting KPIs,
- Attention to detail and process orientated,
- Technological savviness and comfort using a variety of different software systems for customer management, payments, lead management and tracking,
- A mature level-headed teamplayer and problem solver, displaying high empathy and integrity aligning with the business's core values.
